Happy Friday and Happy Saint Patrick’s Day, everyone!

I am not Irish at all,  but I do celebrate on this day, because well it is my birthday! When I was born at 11:53AM, all the nurses were excited that a “Patricia” was born (so my mom tells me) My parents decided to make Patricia my middle name so there ya have it. That is the most Irish thing about me 🙂

It is also my last year of my 20’s. I turn 29 today. I think it’s a perfect year for me, as I took the HUGE leap by leaving my well-paying, corporate biotechnology career to follow my dreams. I feel like I am finally on the right path in life – it just took ALL my 20’s to figure that out! By no means, have I figured it all out, but I still have one more year, right? I am also getting married to the most amazing, honest, patient, hard-working, handsome, intelligent man this July. How did I get so lucky? Well, it probably was because I was born on St. Patty’s day! #luckoftheirish

Here are my Friday’s Five – SPD themed 😉

— I love subtle touches of green – or this awesome sweat shirt/ sweater, obsessed! I also love this one and this one, I may need to go get it for myself today #bdaygift —

— I shared on Freddy’s Insta Story (@Freddy_doodle) our morning routine after the walk involving Greenies. He gets one every morning and we have a few tricks he has to do to get one! —

— We’re having date night tonight and I told N I wanted to go see the new Beauty & the Beast movie with Emma WATSON (thanks to my lovely reader for correcting me – I wrote this too quick this AM!) that comes out today! —

— Sharing a photo of N and I at the Celtics game a few weeks ago, well b/c it goes with my theme and also because I had so much fun this night. It was the night before I started Whole30

I hope you all have a wonderful fun weekend. Is anyone going to any St. Patty’s Day parades?  As always, thank you for reading along. XO, K

  1. it’s Emma WATSON not stone… you should fact check before publishing incorrect information, but if you were a true fan you would have already known that.

    • Thanks for correcting me! Of course I know it’s Emma Watson. I read her wonderful article in Vanity Fair about the role. I guess I was typing too fast. Luckily, I have great readers who can spot any mistakes.

  2. Happy Birthday!! I hope you have a fantastic celebratory weekend and have your last year of your 20’s be the best one yet!!
